A lot of sign places were months away from finishing due to having to make COVID signs and these people said they could fulfill my order which they did. The graphic they created was great but the quality of shirts was terrible. I specifically said I need something thick that wasn't going to shrink and the shirts we got were trash.

The idea to design masks for my entire company
seemed impossible. First I wanted to go with a
local screening company, even though the cost
could be higher. Second, I wanted to have a good
quality product that will not only last, but that
would make a big impact. I live pretty close to
OSI and have seen their work in t-shirt screenings
throughout the Portland area over the years. I
reached out for a quote and was assigned to
Taylor, I gave a rough drawing of the design and
we began to talk about mask quality and how I
could create a great product. The communication
throughout was professional

Mixed reviews here. First, the product looks good. Shirts turned out nicely, and the product was well packaged and clearly marked. However, the experience left something to be desired. I was a walk-in, and left my contact card with my sales rep. He didn't call or email me with the quote I had requested, and I had to reach out to him a week later. After this, he was relatively responsive. However, the product arrived 10 days after promised delivery date, without a warning from my sales rep. It wasn't terrible, but in the future, I'd probably try elsewhere for my t-shirt needs.

Second year using them for my dragon boat team and they've been great. Sarah has been quick, so helpful and nice! And this year, our team shirts were done a week early! Kudos to OSI for great service!
