This place is fantastic! I had a dental emergency and they got me in the next day to get it looked at, I wasn't even a current patient. Dr. Gingrich was very nice and explained everything to me in great detail. I had went in with a cracked tooth and she removed it that same day. I was very thankful for the serious conversation we had about my dental health because it was a big wake-up call for me to start caring for my teeth. I could definitely see myself going here more often while at school at Ferris. Overall, a very great place!

This was My First Time To Gingrich DENTAL And I Can Truly Say I was Pleasantly Surprised By The Excellent Customer Service And When I entered inside the Doors I felt This was where I needed to be. I felt Accepted, Respected and Treated with Dignity as I Should be at the Age of 65. We discussed Options and This Dentist Allowed Me to make My Own Decisions Without Pressure. I Loved This. I'M kinda New To Big Rapids MI and asked My Cardiologist where should I find a Good Dentist And Dr. Konrad recommended Gingrich DENTAL and I see Why. They made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and gained My Trust

Dr. Gingrich is awesome..makes you feel comfortable, honest and genuinely cares about her patients. The staff is A+ in my book. From the first phone call with Tracy and everyone along the way - 100% customer service always. They have excellent safety precautions in place. Felt safe at all times.
