Made an appointment for my kitten to get vaccinated and checked out. I arrived to my appointment on time and was told that the vet hadnt arrived yet. I waited for over an hour and the front desk just kept telling me that the vet was on their way. The vet didnt show up so I left after waiting over an hour. So frustrating.

I was able to get my kitten in the same day i called. The staff is very professional & Dr is phenomenal ,he took his time examining my kitten and suggested blood testing. I still have to drop off my kittens stool sample but in 2 days i got my results. Sad to know my kitten is very sick but im grateful to find this place

Despite being very busy, they took their time went above and beyond to help me with my cat. Staff was very friendly and answered all the questions providing me clear guidance on how to take care of my cat post visit. Not to mention how impressed I was with that facility and turn around time on all testing since they have a lot of equipment on premises
