We are located on the second floor of the ClearPoint Professional building. This building is located directly across from UT Physicians and next door to the UT Bayshore family clinic. There is a Pediatric Medical Center and a Pharmacy in our building. You can take the stairs or the elevator up to the second floor.

Preferably something comfortable that allows the therapist to access the area if needed and that you can do any exercises. To your first appointment, you need to bring a form of ID, your insurance card(s), and prescription from your referring doctor (if you have one).
