Services
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy services focus on resolving musculoskeletal pain and improving mobility through personalized treatment plans. We address individual biomechanical patterns using evidence-based interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and movement retraining. Our doctors of physical therapy conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify root causes of pain and develop customized rehabilitation programs for long-term solutions.
Hybrid Training
This service bridges rehabilitation and athletic performance through integrated strength and conditioning programs. We combine physical therapy principles with sports performance training to improve strength, mobility, and functional capacity while preventing future injuries. Sessions focus on eliminating compensatory movement patterns while building resilience through progressive loading and movement variability training.
Dry Needling
Our dry needling technique targets trigger points and nerve-related pain using thin needles to release muscle tension and improve mobility. We employ multiple approaches including perineural and acupoint techniques to address various musculoskeletal conditions. Treatments focus on reducing pain from nerve irritation, arthritis, and overuse injuries while restoring normal tissue function.
Sports Performance
Designed for current and former athletes, this service optimizes physical performance while preventing injuries. We address sport-specific movement demands through biomechanical analysis and targeted training programs. Our approach combines injury rehabilitation with performance enhancement strategies to help athletes return to competition at their highest level.
Injury Prevention
Our injury prevention programs identify movement limitations and develop personalized strategies to reduce injury risk. Through comprehensive assessments of posture, mobility, and movement patterns, we create proactive solutions for maintaining physical health. Programs include corrective exercises and education on proper movement mechanics for daily activities and exercise routines.

Ive had tennis elbow for years. Went to see Matias at Empowered Performance PT. I started to see results after just a couple weeks. He focused on helping me increase my range of motion with my arm, neck, and back. I havent felt this good in a long time. Not only is my elbow better but my range of motion improvements have allowed me to play tennis and workout without pain! Great place, great results!

Knee pain/discomfort have plagued me for close to a year. Quite often when the family would go for a walk I either opt out or ride my bike instead. I went to Empowered Performance PT in late May 2021. After my initial consultation I learned that my hamstrings were not firing and I lacked strength in my legs. I immediately started exercises to address movement, strength, balance and agility. Within weeks of starting PT I wanted to walk and in fact would walk 1/2 to 1 mile 3 times in a week for lunch. I have gained strength in my legs and feel really good.
