Owners Sergio and Karen started their first food truck together in 2017 with a vision of introducing Yucatan Mayan Cuisine to our community. I have Yucatan in my heart and soul, everywhere I go and in everything I do. I wanted people to know more about my culture and our delicious food. We use traditional recipes passed down from generation to generation, from Merida, Yucatan while adding our own Bay Area twist!
The flavors from annatto seeds, naranja agria, and our charred chiles are unique to Yucatan cuisine. We incorporate these unique spices and ingredients in all of our dishes.

Fried handmade corn tortilla stuffed with pureed black beans and topped with your choice of protein. Two traditional Yucatan tamales mixed with pork and chicken, steamed to perfection in banana leaves. Topped with tomato sauce and pickled onions.
