Services
Deep Tissue Massage
Our deep tissue massage targets chronic muscle tension using slow, deliberate strokes and trigger point therapy. This technique improves circulation, reduces inflammation, and restores structural alignment for clients with persistent pain. Therapists combine myoskeletal alignment with deep pressure to release trapped nerves and realign muscle tissue with the spine, providing lasting relief for conditions like TMJ and plantar fasciitis.
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy
Lymphatic drainage therapy uses manual techniques to stimulate fluid movement and boost immune function. This non-invasive treatment reduces swelling, aids post-surgical recovery, and supports breast cancer patients through lymphedema management. Sessions promote detoxification and weight loss while addressing fluid retention issues in extremities, making it ideal for pre/post-operative care and chronic swelling conditions.
Pregnancy Massage
Specially designed for expectant mothers, our pregnancy massage alleviates discomfort through customized positioning and gentle techniques. Therapists address common issues like sciatic pain, edema, and back strain while incorporating infant massage instruction for postpartum clients. This service promotes relaxation, improves circulation, and supports the physical and emotional well-being of both mother and child throughout the pregnancy journey.
Naturopathic Wellness
Our naturopathic wellness consultations combine dietary guidance with lifestyle modifications for comprehensive health improvement. Certified practitioners use vital health scans to identify bodily imbalances and create personalized wellness plans. This service addresses chronic conditions through natural remedies, focusing on internal healing and preventive care while complementing traditional medical treatments for holistic patient support.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy enhances circulation and relieves muscle tension by creating localized suction on targeted areas. This modality works synergistically with deep tissue massage to release fascial restrictions and improve range of motion. Therapists use both stationary and gliding cup techniques to address chronic pain conditions, sports injuries, and respiratory issues, promoting faster recovery and improved tissue oxygenation through increased blood flow.

My lymph system was pretty sluggish, as Beverly quickly noted. She was very knowledgeable and the lymphatic drain massage was very effective.

Overall not a very relaxing massage. Did not focus on areas detailed in the intake form. Scheduled a Swedish massage, got more of a very fast paced sports massage and I'm being respectful to call it that, it wasn't very skillful. The massage itself wasn't balanced.. would do some techniques on one half of the back and didn't repeat or feel balanced on the other. The therapist had a mint in her mouth some of the time in the beginning, where I heard her crunching on it (she was trying to be silent about it though). When she introduced herself she was eating a sandwich and letting me know she was
