Luis completed the inspection for our soon to be home. His knowledge came through as he clearly addressed all our questions, immediately after completing the inspection and after we received the report. The detailed and illustrative report, which we received via email and mail, really exceeded our expectations. Specifically, we appreciated the aerial report which allowed for a detailed evaluation of the roof and general property. Luis was very knowledgeable and accesible. He worked with my first time home buyers with great professionalism and care. He was available to answer all their questions. I had a great experience with My House Inspection, Inc. and the owner, Luis. He responded to my initial inquiry extremely fast and was able to get me the quote I was looking for in 24 hours.
