My day has just been made thanks to the wonderful lady at Randy Cooper's Fine Jewelry! I took a watch in that my son had bought as a gift for his brother, elsewhere, asking if they could fix something that I thought was wrong with it. It was easily fixed with a simple turn of the face which was a great relief, and then I was asked if I would like it gift wrapped!
