Royal has always exceeded my expectations. Just bought a '17 6501 and had them change out the run flats. Their pricing was superior to BMW AND Costco (which could not do the alignment), their suggestion for a 50K mile tire set was perfect and the friendly manner in which he recommended a detailer was the icing on the cake!
