Soothing and Relaxing, our signature massage uses light to moderate pressure and a variety of techniques including Swedish, Russian and Myofacial. An ideal choice for a first massage, we also recommend integrated to those preferring more gentle work. Also known as Neuro-muscular Therapy, this massage uses medium to deep pressure to relax painful knots, relieve tension and calm muscle spasms.

Spa Treatments

Our therapist uses pure marine extracts and rich emollients to cleanse, tone and moisturize the skin. Toning massage techniques and warm towels relax and refresh for a heavenly experience! This exfoliating treatment uses the finest sea salts to scrub away rough, dry skin. Following a shower, ultra-hydrating body butter is applied to moisturize the new skin cells.

One of our certified Reflexologists uses a specialized technique to stimulate areas in the feet, which relieves tension, improves circulation, and aids in balancing the entire body. Your Reflexologist may also incorporate aspects of hand, ear, face, Vertical, or Polarity Reflexology.
