Dr. Osburn is a graduate of Iowa State University's College of Veterinary Medicine. Following graduation, he moved with his family to Florence, Oregon where he worked as an associate veterinarian in Dr. Robert McKnight's practice. Dr. Osburn decided to start his own practice in Reedsport in 1981. In 1999, the decision was made to open a practice in Florence to accommodate the many Florence clients.

Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.
