Dr. Lubomir Serafimov grew up in Sofia, capital of Bulgaria, and lived there until he moved to the United States with his wife, Tania, in 1998. He worked and studied hard to reestablish his dental credentials and in 2003, he obtained his dental license in Minnesota. An owner of Serafimov Dental, a West St. Paul family dental practice that has been established for over 30 years, Dr. Serafimov bought the practice from Dr. Glenn Stratton in 2004.
