In helping the environment Regent Square Rentals uses green laminate flooring, recycled latex paints, and other green products in remodeling and maintenance of its properties. No major problems and they've been responsive to any repairs we needed made when we moved in.
The leasing office was friendly & responsive when we were initially looking at places -- they showed us many options to choose from and even switched out the oven in our current place before we moved in because I said I wanted a larger (full-sized) one.Maintenance people are very friendly and typically show up within a day of us reporting an issue.
