Tried for 3 WEEKS to get documentation from the Insurance Specialist, Melissa. She was extremely unhelpful, very rude and told both me and my service ladies to stop calling her 4 times a day, she hasnt gotten to it yet. She had the WRONG email address, sent the WRONG document twice, and always had an attitude like WE were doing something wrong. Would not recommend at ALL.

I am glad I chose ASAP roofing for my first experience at replacing a roof. David was very helpful, kept in constant contact, even after hours. They did a great job and I feel the expense was very reasonable. You would not have even known a new roof had been installed on my house the day they replaced it. It was completed before I got off work. I would use them again if needed.
