Has been a solid place to live at for the past 1.5 years. Sometimes the office is closed on random days which can be inconvenient, but overall it’s been a solid experience. Washers and Dryers are up to date and nice, fenced in dog area has been a great amenity, and Rosemary the maintenance person has been very helpful!

Due to the pandemic, Regency Park And Bigos Management lowered the rate of rent increase. This was much appreciated. I hope that their loyalty to existing tenants continues over theses next few, and very uncertain, months.
Original Post:
I have lived at Regency Park for nearly 10 years. I have been very happy here. The property and community is well taken care of and the neighbors are nice and it’s a fairly quiet community. The property management company, Bigos Management, seems to care more about making money than holding onto long-term or loyal and decent residents

Don’t live here, this place is money hungry and will do anything to rip you off. Want to have family and friends over? Well you can’t cause they get towed for parking in a VISITORS PARKING SPOT and you have to drive all the way to Saint Paul at pay 300$ to get your car back. But hey if you don’t mind having to pay 300$ and a trip to Saint Paul go right ahead!

The building I was in was quite most of the time. I had no real issues. Normal apartment living.
One down fall, I lived on the third floor and the laundry room was on first. I lived next to the stairs. I heard people's slamming the front door and going up the stairs. Also, in the summer, cigarette smoke would find it's way into my apartment.
I left because rent was getting to high for the amenities they had.

When we first moved in management was bad. Rent was lost and late charges applied and the office manager didn’t care. Mary walked into a mess. She did her best to clean up a lot of the problems. We have lived here for a year and a half and we really do love it here. We were not real happy with the 75.00 rent hike after our first year and hope we don’t receive another huge hike, we would like to stay here. We have had a lot of things happen here and the maintenance lady is on it. She is amazing and gets things fixed in more than a reasonable time frame. Winters are tough and we have never had

I've lived here for 2 years. Im leaving in a month, and I couldn't be happier. Constant management changes, late fees being charged (when rent was paid on time) office hours are clearly stated, but nobody is ever in the office. Its almost impossible to get in touch with anyone unless you spend all day making trips to the office hoping that they're open and forget about them calling back if you leave a message on the voicemail. They tried to charge me a month-to-month fee because they stated that I never resigned my lease, claiming they sent it out to me twice.. but I never received

When I moved in the carpet was completely dirty walls weren't even painted. Also, the keys that was given to us didn't even work on the door, we had to wait three more hours in order to get the right keys for our new apartment. First weekend the washer and dryer's don't work it just keeps taking money and doesn't run. I have spoken to a current tenant who's been living here for three years and, they told me the dryers have not been working for over two years. So far this is not been a great experience moving into this apartment complex.

Where to start. Overall my experience has not been very good. First off, I've had a ton of trouble with getting stuff fixed, and even more stuff breaking down. Maintenance is nice enough, however they do come at awful hours to fix stuff, if they even do. Neighbors are crazy loud, and I live below a herd of elephants. Constant stomping and screaming from adults and kids, and the parents do "stuff" at any time of day, really loud for hours at a time. Management is unreliable, especially when it comes to packages, and now due to a "new feature" we don't even know if someone is ringing us to come in

Not the best place...but not the worst either I've never had problems with bugs, rodents or any nasty insect while I stayed here so that was really appreciated. The parking sucks, neighbor noise is an all time high it's crazy some days like I've had to call the cops before. police are always patrolling especially in the summer time and the apts across the street make the area extremely busy with traffic. I never do laundry in the basement and the rent continues to increase with no modifications with apts. it's sad honestly like when I moved in it was $815 now my rent is $879 online right now for

Been here for only 2.5 months and I want to move out already. I live above elephants who stomp. I get they're heavy walkers but I don't think courtesy exists in their vocabulary. The mom is rude and inconsiderate. The first week, my sister and I both went up to politely let her know that people live below her and can hear all the movements. She yelled back at us with an attitude which has been a big factor into why we don't like this apartment. I don't understand those who say "This is apartment living. You have to deal with it." It's to the point where we know exactly where she's walking, what
