Our mission is to create workplace food experiences employees love, made by local chefs who care. Lish was founded in 2014, right here in Seattle. We're a Seattle-based startup located in the historic heart of the city, in Seattle's Pioneer Square. We deliver throughout greater Seattle, including Bellevue, Mercer Island, Kirkland, and Redmond.

PopUp Restaurants

With PopUp Restaurants, a unique food experience is set up in your office or building lobby daily. Most meals are under $10. You can choose to partially subsidize meals, or have folks pay in full. We manage all logistics from scheduling to clean-up, and our dedicated onsite attendants are there every day to ensure a fantastic experience.

Lish's professionally trained service team delivers and sets up your meal. Food will be packaged family-style in catering trays or individually packaged depending on your selection. Every dish has a label with dietary callouts and ingredients so that your team can choose their food accordingly. We provide everything you need to enjoy your meal, including serving utensils, plates, cutlery and napkins.
