When I say don’t rent here I really mean it. They will literally charge you for every little thing. You’ll basically pay for the oxygen that you breathe if you live here. Maintenance is bad. Management is bad. Parking situation is a joke. They come up with any little excuse to charge you or give you a warning for having things in your OWN HOME. A joke. Please don’t rent here.

I wish I would of came here first before moving in... it's true we are over charged and these ain't no luxurious apartments either, what's worse is the mosquito infestation and absolutely no parking ... with or without a permit you will circle around for hours to try and find a spot. It's not fair doing that while my baby cries in his car seat... I hope these 6 months go by quick and from what I see I guess they steal your deposit too ... ughhhh....

Let's start off that every single apartment has carpet light carpet so your carpet will get dirty and they will charge you pretty much your whole deposit !
The walls are so thin you can hear everything. Your apartment will end up roach infested no matter how many times you get it sprayed they will come back. So many bugs, spiders just all over the complex.
We lived here for exactly a year all our furniture had roaches in it it was disgusting so it all got thrown out so not worth the money for this place
Our car got broken into 2x the gates are always broken and crackheads

Black mold in the bathroom ceiling made my service cat and myself super sick. Painting was peeling and chipped when we moved in. Water was always turned off for repairs. Roaches all the time. Parking is horrible. No heat in the apartment would say it's old and needs a couple days to heat up. If I could give it a zero I would. My neighbor and his tweaker girlfriend got so high on Christmas Eve they were screaming and yelling outside our bedroom windows. Don't move here you will never have water or parking. Plus you pay rent for bugs and no heat. Plus they take your whole deposit. $1685

Not a good place to live. There’s no parking at all. You only get one assigned parking spot even for a 2 bedroom. Open spots fill up by 5pm. Most cars parked inside don’t have parking permits which is frustrating for those of us who do have permits. They need to be more on top of how many cars each apartment unit has on file with them. To make it worse they charge you an arm and a leg when you move out. We got a huge bill for just changing the carpet which was basically the same as our rent.

It's a dump. On one side is a canal that attracts tons of mosquitoes, ants, earwigs, spiders. On the other side is the freeway with a ton of noise. Waking up at 2am from a fire engine is not good. Once had a car blow up right in front of my apartment. The grounds are not maintained and the apartments have old appliances, counter tops, everything. Gate is never locked, no parking anywhere and on top of that they keep raising the rent. Maintenance is a joke and they have a new manager every 6 months to a year.
So glad I got out of here, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I mean it's a great apartment to live however the problems here are the parkings and pests. Ants and spiders are pretty common at night tho it's pretty spooky to live here. I have much fear on ants and spiders. They even came from under my carpets with holes! Control the ants!
The one major problem here is that it's pretty insecure here! Doors from the outside are left out unlocked for a thief. Install the security cameras if possible.

I currently live here and its okay for the most part but the maintance is trash. My water has been shut off multiple random times without notice because of floods in other rooms, ive had roaches when ive kept my place clean and the parking is the worst. Honestly day to day its not too bad but too many of these instances occured and makes me glad im not renewing my lease. It was our first apartment and it definitly feels like a first apartment. If conaidering here try an look somewhere else first.

HORRIBLE SPIDER INFESTATION both in the common areas and in the actual apartments themselves (that management is unwilling to do anything about!) My roommate had multiple (massive) spiders actually drop out of the trees onto her head while walking through the complex, and every day we would kill about 6-8 very large spiders in our apartment when we came home at the end of the day (and I am unfortunately not exaggerating). We asked management to spray out apartment multiple times but the entire complex is so infested that nothing helped.

Lived here for 1 year, it is infested with spiders and mosquitos! my first week my daughter was bitten from head to toe! management is rude! And parking is horrible not to mention all the car break ins and they still have no surveillance my window was broken in to from my jeep. people constantly break in the cars and management does nothing!!! First thing you should know, they TOW your car if you do not have a parking permit. Parking is a huge issue here, this is a big complex and does not have enough parking spaces. People have to park on street and still not enough. One thing they DO NOT tell you is that there is NO VISITOR parking whatsoever. So before you sign the lease, if this will be an issue for you, do not move here. I have also seen the maintenance guy go around in the parking lot, early morning, checking for cars without permits, so that they can get towed. The manager says you have to have a permit, but I have checked many

It was an ok place to live other than there is no parking after 8 pm so make sure you get home early, my garbage disposal never worked, and in the 7 months I lived there lots of people were evicted. I saw a lot of eviction notices. So as long as you NEVER break a rule at all you'll be fine and it'll be a pretty enjoyable place to live.

I've been living at Five Coves for about 6 years and it's such a nice area to live in, being close to the riverbed and the 91 freeway. It's so calm and peaceful :) There are big laundry rooms around the complex so it's so convenient to wash. The downside is that the maintenance guy(David) is so rude! He got in a verbal argument with my boyfriend because he didn't like that he parked his car in a visitor's spot. It's just not acceptable. He always parks his cars in vacant carports so I'm not sure how that's okay to do. If anyone else did that, they would

-1 a star this people are the most discriminating Managment ever even if it's like a visit to your relatives for two minutes they will tow your car and this old Man that works "cleaning" the complex will stock you and follow you everywhere to scare you away to not come back well guess what old Man it's not my fault no one likes you start doing your job and stop stalking people around. Current tenant. This place is a scam please beware. They didnt mention we pay the water bill with 1 meter to the whole complex, pool that leaks. In the past month they have had to shut the water off at least 4 days to due maintenance emergencies. The car ports are being redone & that's the worst thing, the parking we have a 2 bedroom & get 1 parking. The open spaces are very limited. They fill up fast. We have to stay home because otherwise we will have to park a mile away. Notices on your door all the time for dumb things - not enough storage & they don't want you to keep
