I called to help assist a patient getting medication. Literally spoke to a man named Michael and literally offered no help to assisting in helping OUR mutual patient. Unprofessional, verbally condescending and
a cold comfort -dismissive attitude is what he displayed. He offered no assistance in trying to help our patient. I even asked for a fax # to provide and stated "we don't have a fax" when you can clearly see the number on the website. My patient will not be going back to that pharmacy and to hear her experience the same demonstration of unprofessional misconduct, and to hear that from a

Rude people on the telephone. They don't even check the information when I'm asking a question. I called again for spanish person because they told me the person arrive in one hour. So my mother calls for her medicine and ask for John. The guy on the phone hangs up on her. Someone needs to get fired.
