Going on day 10 here..with a signed leased ..unlivable conditions with rodent holes, infestation of roaches and the ultimate cherry on top, MOLD!! Floor caved in from apartment flooding previously. Nothing is being done about it. Very evil. If you live nasty , this will be a great fit for you.

I was a full time student with a full time job, and would recommend this apartment, rent pay is good. The only problem I had was the landlord telling me they'll have the door fix before I move in because the people who rent it before me, got evicted and broke down the door to get their stuff. For 6 months I've been constantly going to the office, asking them "when will I get the door fix?" All they kept saying was "the door has been ordered and will be in by Monday" they never order the door or even fix it.

I would NOT recommend this place. I do not feel like the people who run this place care about the tenants at all. Ive called several times to get my ac fixed since august 2020 and they would close out the work order without fixing it so often that now when I call they just tell me its not ac season, Ive had to buy 4 fans just to keep my apt cool enough for my baby. Ive called several times to be added to the schedule for pest control but all they do is put out roach bait . It costs $40 to pay rent online. I use to love living in 3614 because I had no problems
