I grew up on a small farm in Oroville, California with five brothers and three sisters. In 1976 I married Kathy, a native of Reno. After 2 years together in Oroville we moved back to Reno where Kathy's family has been since the days when the Reno Sparks area had a population of about 10,000. Owner & operator, Mark Silva, has been providing quality painting in the Reno, Sparks, & Washoe County area since 1978. We have been doing business as The Painter since 1987. Stucco homes will need their facia boards repainted more often than the stucco part of the house. Homeowners will have their HOAs notify them when they see weathered facia boards and wood trim around the doors.
