All I can say is that MY experience when I've spoken to both Customer Service and the Pharmacist we're outstanding.. (and I'm pretty bothersome as a general rule). I've called with problems, which were dealt with quickly and pleasantly by CS; and I've called with a billion questions, which were patiently answered by the pharmacist.
Also, my medication ships and arrives quickly, and is well packed.

TRY working for THERE:
While I was there, I had to resign my position as a shipping clerk and file a OSHA complain, because of the unsafe and hostile environment. They can't even keep good Human Resource Staff, in a short two months, two of their recruiter quit because of the low wages and poor working conditions.
ALL their medications are filled in a small room, share by the pharmacists, techs, fillers and shipping clerk process their medications. During busy periods, I saw the following:
A) Obstruction, and blocking Fire Exits in and out of workspace, with medicine racks, unsecured stakes

This place is so unorganized, I have my doctor's personal phone number and he tells me that empower says I'm good to go. I call up there (for the 5th time) they say they still don't have the hardcopy for my prescription. By the way when there was an issue in the beginning, my account was charged but no one ever called to let me know there was a problem. I call on the date it was supposed to be delivered to figure out why I don't have an email to track it and THAT'S when they tell me about the problem. This place is in SERIOUS need of a system change.

I've only had good experiences with this company. Every time I've called and needed help, there might have been a little bit of a wait or whatever but that's pretty standard with customer service numbers. Nothing crazy like some of these other people are claiming. I've always felt I was being treated fairly and professionally.

I've had a really good experience with this pharmacy so far. My doc started sending my prescriptions here at the beginning of covid last year. The only time there was a hiccup was when all of Houston froze and deliveries were running late. Fully recommend.
