The staff and maintenance crew are top notch. On the occasion i needed maintenance (backed up toilet / faulty washer ) it's matter of hours vs days to get a response and usually even fixed. Always nice always understanding. Worth every penny i pay in rent.

The place itself looks nice, but some of the tenants that live here cause a ruckus. And the children outside tend to be loud and make messes.

We applied here a few weeks ago, and the complete lack of communication between the staff and us was super unprofessional.They knew that we needed forms from my job, and didnt say anything until about a week afterward, which is super frustrating during the holiday season. Its not worth the $100 deposit save your $$$ unless you want to be in limbo for weeks on end
