We had Tom inspect an older (1898) house for us. He was very knowledgeable about any questions we had about the house, did a very thorough inspection, and provided a nice, detailed report for us. His several years of experience were very helpful as we made our home buying decision. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Our home was inspected by Home Inspections Plus. It is empty and when we went by to check on the house a several days later we found the furnace had been turned off and left off. It was 45 degrees in our home. The fans had all been left on on high, my bathtub muddy, an outlet cover removed and laying on the floor, and a few outlets in need of resetting. We are so fortunate we caught it when we did and didn't have frozen pipes. I understand the other things but it is unprofessional and unacceptable to forget to turn the furnace back on in the winter.

Tom Berge with Home Inspections Plus inspected a home we are purchasing in February 2018. He did a fantastic job. We are very pleased with his work. He was thorough and responsive. He issued his report in a very timely manner. His level of service was unmatched. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing an inspection. I can't imagine anyone else doing a better job.

Beyond amazing! Tom and his helper, Tim were excellent! They were very through and took the time to explain things so I could understand it. I had brought my dad along who is a former carpenter and jack of all trades, but would not have needed to with how wonderful Tom and Tim were. They went above and beyond. They labeled the main water and gas shut-offs in case I would ever need to know where they were, they explained what needed to be fixed and how to fix it/how expensive it would be. Pointed out other items that wouldn't be a normal point out, I think - the one bathroom's vanity was never finished
