Lookout Inspections
Working in Tennessee and Georgia and willing to travel to where ever your home inspection is needed. My inspections are thorough, and I take extra steps to make sure you know exactly what the property's best - and worst - qualities are. I've completed thousands of inspections in Tennessee, Georgia and Florida.

Each inspection report is about 40 pages long with comments and photographs throughout. Summary pages are at the end of the report to give you the most important issues to address. I use the latest inspection technology, like an infrared camera and moisture meter, to reveal hidden problems in any structure.

When hiring Lookout Inspections, you're getting the owner, not the junior inspector. I've completed thousands of home inspections, starting my own business in Chattanooga, TN inspecting homes in Tennessee and Georgia. Before that, I worked for a company inspecting homes in Florida. Lookout Inspections is locally owned, not a franchise.

Yes, I use an infrared camera and moisture meter during every inspection at no additional charge. Most other inspectors charge a fee for the infrared camera service. I inspect everything at the property. Home inspections and commercial inspections are visual, non-invasive inspections.

Your detailed written report will include sections for the roof, attic, exterior, interior, garage/carport, kitchen, bathrooms, plumbing, HVAC, electric, foundation and pool.Yes, as a separate service. You can order radon and mold tests individually for a fee (refer to price list), but they are not part of a typical inspection.

You always need a home inspection before buying a house. No matter how old, how new, or how renovated the house is, you should never buy it without an inspection first. There is no such thing as the perfect house. Every home has issues that need to be addressed now. Like Donald Trump says, "We're losing to China, " and there's no difference when it comes to drywall.
