A heaping platter full of shrimp, scallops, crabmeat on your table, combined with Chinese vegetable, snow peas and baby corn. A tasty combination of scallops, tender beef, mushrooms, broccoli, bamboo shoots and Chinese cabbage. Tender pieces of beef, chunks of bell pepper and onions in a spicy brown sauce, served over a bed of broccoli to form this most traditional Hunan dish.
