Our real estate management experience spans over six decades along with three generations of the Sacks family. Harry Sacks, a native Clevelander, began building single family houses in the city in the 1950's. In 1967, he was succeeded by his son Ken who began developing apartment properties. Ken formed Harsax Inc., a management entity named after his late father.

The Vice President Carmen Franchino hung up on me even though I was talking calmly and asking to talk to the president. We had asked to extend our lease by one month because we still have not been able to find a place to move to temporarily. I have two small children in our home. My husband was laid off due to Covid related issues so we have needed assistance through lifeline. Lifeline has been so helpful and let us know they could pay for our rent through April but our lease ends March 31. I emailed before the 30 days and was told we could not stay because they are renting out our apartment. I

They manage the property next to ours. There is an overgrown tree on the property. The tree is causing damage to our vehicles with branches and sap falling on them. We are incurring the cost of constant detailing of our vehicles to remove the sap from our paint. The needles that fall from the tree clog the drain in the driveway and are a constant mess in our cars and house from tracking them in. I have made numerous contact with Brian Sax over a 2 month period, who has promised to have the tree trimmed and has failed to follow up with me or make good on having the tree trimmed. This is a rating review for the manager at village on south carpenter Melissa. After a year here of not so great issues and poor management, Melissa became the manager and is absolutely wonderful. Takes pride in place, fixes any issue right away, and makes living here enjoyable. Hope she's here as long as I call this place home!

Through not fault of our own, their furniture was delayed almost a month from the time they moved in.
