Dont even bother paying for a parking permit it's a cash grab. Our neighbors have 5 cars 3 dont have a permit and leave them parked like an abandoned car, Way to go with that one

While we love our apartment and the community, avoid a ground level apartment if possible. We have had non-stop issues with constant upstairs neighbors. Unfortunately management had called 3 meetings with us, 2 of which they needed to re-schedule and the 3rd the manager Moona, was late by 15min. Its very sad and we were told, its about managing expectations. Whatever action has/hasnt been taken, has not improved our daily living. In fact if you work from home, definitely dont live downstairs. We have had multiple client complaints being able to hear our neighbors through the phone

Not worth the hefty price. Tweekers walking around all night. They jacked the rent up 23 percent with a year lease. This place is too close to the freeway to be this high. It's a frikn house payment.

Whos smart idea was it to put building number so high up that they are covered by trees. How the hell is a delivery person supposed to find the apartment they're looking for. Major fail!!!

I have lived at mission hills for 3 years now and dont plan on moving anytime soon. Fraela and Lilly have been absolutely amazing and have made living here so easy! Great location, great community, great place to live. The staff and how they treat their residents is a huge reason why we love this place and are staying.
