R Pools did an amazing job and I highly recommend them. Most honest and straightforward. During the freeze we had many of our tiles pop off and had some plaster issues. I received four quotes to get my plaster and tiles done. We chose R Pools because CW was the most upfront didn't seem like they would come up with extra charges as a few other companies had in their contracts. The quote he gave was what we paid. When it came to the day to start there were some weather issues, but he contacted me first thing in the morning. CW was great, he communicated with me daily, made sure everyone was

I had them maintain my pool for 7 weeks... when I left it was not green... when I came back it was. I complained that there were no chlorine tabs in the feeder and they tried to tell me that was for conditioner only... I've maintained my pool for years and never did it turn green within a week no matter how much rain...this is my second experience with them and I will never use them again... $50 dollars a week including tax and I come back to this...after I complained... tried to post pictures but I don't see a way. 😙

My experience with R Pools started off very positive. I was told by the representative that answered the phone that she was so confident that they could handle our weekly pool maintenance that if I wasn't satisfied I wouldn't have to pay. Wow! I felt very comforted with that type of guarantee! Fast forward to now. My handicap wife with permanent disabilities is taking on the difficult task of maintaining our pool since R Pools failed time and time again. We noticed the technician would only be on site for 5-10 mins. and state on the door tag that he did everything. The only thing the technician

I have been using R Pools now for almost 3 years and have been very pleased with their service. If there are any issues they are quick to respond. Chris is very helpful and attentive, and takes the time to explain any possible problems. Any needed repair work has been reasonable and completed in a timely manner. I do recommend this company.
