Thank you for visiting my site and for your interest in my work. I have been a professional photographer for over thirty years. I love photography and still get excited about every assignment and every opportunity to create new images. I fell in love with photography when I was sixteen years old. I saved up money from my part time job and started buying old cameras and began shooting still photographs and making short films.

I started doing photography professionally at the age of 18. I worked my way up through better and better jobs, and at the age of 21, and completely self-taught, I became a staff photographer at Rutgers University where I worked for eight and a half years while attending classes at night. Then I moved to Portland Oregon to begin my freelance business that I continued for 14 years, shooting for local, regional and national clients.
