I've worked with Acri since 1994 with one townhome property I own and continue to own. Since then, I purchased two condos (in the same property) and moved in 2016 to a condo. The property manager then was terrible, not qualified, and did nothing for 10 years. I recommended to the Board that they interview Acri to replace their manager.
