All of our Property Managers are real estate professionals licensed in the state of Oklahoma. A: We can pay you via direct deposit to a bank account of your choosing and encourage this since it is a more secure payment method. A: We would be happy to provide a copy of the lease upon request. The lease is signed by all financially responsible tenants and countersigned by an employee of OKC Homes 4 You acting as agent for the Owner.

Leasing Bonus Fee: When a new tenant moves into your property, we will get either 25% of the first full month's rent or $150, whichever is greater. Minimum Monthly Management Fee: Beginning the first full month the property is vacant and continuing until the first rent paying month of a new tenant, the Management Fee will be reduced to $25 per month.
