In addition, we offer energy balancing/chakra healing and a life review which includes a 12 week personal development course geared towards helping you discover/rediscover yourself.

Adults enter into a therapeutic relationship seeking a safe place to express themselves in a non-judgmental environment. We work on finding clarity about what brought you to the impasse and discover what direction you want to move.
Adolescent Therapy

Adolescents are faced with many challenges these days ranging from home life to school life to hormonal and physical changes. Having access to social media also contributes to sometimes unexplained behaviors, emotions, and feelings. Providing adolescents a safe place to talk, with someone whom they know will not judge them, tends to create an environment of free expression and trust.
