From Upstate New York to the Streets of LA, BrewWings is determined to Bring The Wing to the West Coast! Founded in 2013 by Stefano Enjem, and developed in and around the craft brewery scene in Southern California, BrewWings takes this same careful craft approach to our wings and other unique pub-style food.

BrewWings does more than just tasting rooms and festivals. BrewWings offers catering options for every type of event. From tailgates to private parties, bar mitzvahs to weddings, and everything in between, BrewWings has you covered! We can customize our menu to fit your event. An industrial engineer by trade, a chicken wing lover by birth, Stefano was born and raised in Upstate New York. As with most people, the early part of his career moved Stefano around the country until he finally landed in Southern California. During his first years on the West Coast, Stefano worked for a brewery and was surrounded by beer on a daily basis.
