Similar to how your auto insurance does not cover the important routine maintenance of your vehicle, but is there for when bad things happen. The membership fee offers a simple way to provide the vast majority of your health care needs with an affordable and known cost.

A one-time, non-refundable $80 enrollment fee will be charged to each new billing account - whether individual(s) or family plan. ALL members must enroll for Auto-Pay of invoices with a Credit or pin-less Debit Card. Due to our low staff and low overhead business model we cannot invoice or bill membership or other fees.
