We are also located only a few short miles from Channel Islands University and Oxnard College.

Our community lies nestled in a park like setting, complete with picnic tables, cusom BBQ grills, and beautifully landscaped courtyards. Enjoy our fully equipped gym, complete with cardio, weight bench and free weights, or stop by for a game of pool. Then, finish your day by relaxing in our dry sauna!

However, we recommend scheduling a tour of our property prior to completing the application. When you come by the property we will gladly provide you with an application, which you can fill out on site or take it with you to bring back later. There is a $25 processing fee for applications. 2. Each adult must complete an application.

You can schedule an appointment by calling us at (805) 986-2906, or you are always welcome to drop by during office hours. Pets must be approved by management and all pet owners must sign a Pet Agreement. The weight limit for dogs is 25lbs full grown and breed restrictions apply; inquire with property for details.
