My family and I could not have asked for better care than what LaGrone gave us. My family is very pleased on the comfort, concern and and care they gave us in this time of need. During a time like this it is very hard to deal with any decisions and they made it easy for us to handle. They cared for my husband in a very honorable way. We could not of asked for better care! Everyone was respectful, helpful, concerned, answered all of our questions, and so much more. From the beginning Tommy, Rodney, Doug, Troy and Michael met every need we had answered every question we had and exceeded everything we could of asked for, for our Moms funeral. The ladies in the office are polite and extremely helpful! I highly recommend LaGrone Funeral Chapel for all of your loved ones needs.

I can't even explain how pleased my family and I where to have had my Fathers services through LaGrone Chapel. My Father passed away in El Paso, TX and Mr. Douglas was super informative with us as to how soon and as to what would be the process for us to have my Father back home as soon as possible. He also informed us upon my Fathers arrivalarrival back here to Roswell, his home town and where he wanted to be. The attention to detail and support that was provided before during and has still been provided to us after has been beyond our expectations and more. Thank you to LaGrone and their staff

From the moment that Douglas McGraw first met us through to our last meeting after the service, he treated us with professionalism, kindness and a sincere patience to answer each and every question we had. Michael Koonce and Rosa Aguilar and others that we met were equally accommodating. Rodney and the whole La Grone staff are compassionate, caring and were able to offer the right level of care for our families needs. My mother passed away unexpectantly and Rodney was able to respectfully accommodate all of my mother's wishes although we weren't totally prepared. I felt no pressure at any moment and the La Grone team helped us warmly through this life event. Our family in the greater pecos valley have been customers of La Grone for 3 generations and they have always done us right, I could not be more satisfied with their services.
