Native Austinite, Matthew Baugh, graduated from the University of Houston with a BA in Hotel & Restaurant Management. He earned his Culinary degree at the New England Culinary Institute. After completing his culinary training, Matthew led banquet activities for the Sagebrush Inn & Convention Center in Taos, New Mexico.
He then traveled through out South America studying various indigenous cooking styles. Joel Poage has worked at various restaurants in Austin since the age of 15. Most recently, he has provided film catering for visiting actors in movies such as The Alamo, Spy Kids and the television show Friday Night Lights.
