Report
Horrible communication--when our workers showed up, they were unmasked in the middle of the pandemic and, despite a clear request regarding a roof leak, they refused to examine the issue or communicate with us, because (after 2 days of 40-degree weather) ice dams had melted. When I called to communicate with a supervisor, he was defensive, and unwilling to help. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Excellent roof, good work, came and fixed a leak that was not his fault at no charge. I recommend J D Ferro for roofing work.

I've used JD Ferro two or three times for gutter. Always clear with communication, prompt, and honest. Always a good job.
