I never asked for anything that they couldn`t deliver... One time I asked for a quote on a book and gave them the wrong dimensions (it would have been a HUGE book!). They told me they did not print such huge books but they went out of their way and found another print shop that did and asked for a quote on my behalf... I tried 2-3 other shops throughout the years, but none offered what "Grace Printing" did, in term of low pricing, quality, timeliness, and courtesy. Highly recommendable!

We order all our advertising materials from Grace Printing and Mailing, Every time smooth transition, They mail it to all our customers with minimum charge, no hassle to us, Staff know what they are doing, Polite , informative and courteous.
We worked with Raven Guerrero most of the time but everybody else in the office are Helpful.

Below is what I posted 5 years ago and this morning they came back with a response that has pretty much nothing to do with my point. I was just thinking this past week of removing this review since it has been so long and surely, things must have changed. Meeting a family member (who seems extremely professional and bright) of this company was also convincing me to do the same. But this poor response has convinced me to keep the review in place.
