Mold / Air Quality
Report
Our Mold & Air Quality inspection identifies any potential mold and allergens present in the house. A report is provided with recommended course of action. Indoor pollution sources that release gases or particles into the air are the primary cause of indoor air quality problems.
Inadequate ventilation can increase indoor pollutant levels by not bringing in enough outdoor air to dilute emissions from indoor sources and by not carrying indoor air pollutants out of the area.High temperature and humidity levels can also increase concentrations of some pollutants.

We can use an infrared camera that MAY detect things on your property not revealed by conventional inspection methods. Thermal imaging can show heat loss and air infiltration in walls, floors, ceilings, windows, and doors. We'll also look for moisture intrusions like plumbing leaks, hidden roof leaks, damaged or wet insulation, and areas of concern around your foundation that could lead to structural damage or mold.
