I was scheduled for 2 appts over the course of several weeks. BOTH times I was given short notice the appointment needed to be rescheduled. No valid reason why. In other words they screwed up scheduling for 100% of my visits. I have a mission essential position and other obligations which makes this unprofessional behavior unacceptable.
Luckily there are many other vet practices nearby to choose from.

Moved to VA almost 10 years ago. We chose Hunter Mill Animal Hospital because their staff and the veterinarians are absolutely amazing. We take all of our pets and they love it! Dr Meredith Caldwell is wonderful. She is so gentle with our babies and she explains clearly the diagnosis and the treatments. Heather always greets us with a huge smile. She is so kind with all of us. We recommend Hunter Mill Animal Hospital a 100%.
