I've been seeing my counselor (Annemarie) for almost 3 years at Arrow. She has helped me tremendously and I trust her implicitly. The staff have at Arrow have never been anything but kind, friendly, and helpful. I'm sure they do have some therapists on staff who may not be the right fit for everyone as it took several attempts with different counseling services to find someone I could connect with and who could help me. To all those who had a negative experience with Arrow, I hope this didn't deter you from continuing your own healing journey.

My six-year-old daughter and I had a very negative experience with a counselor at our first appointment. I decided, based on what happened during this time, that Arrow was not the right fit for my daughter, and I emailed the counselor and owner to let them know that we would not be returning and why. The email was a few paragraphs, and the last line was, "thank you for your time." The following week, the counselor emailed me back and responded only with, "my pleasure, see you guys soon." Nothing else in my email was addressed--even the entire point of it (we will not be returning) was ignored

I have been going to Arrow Counseling to see Emma Pyle for a little over a year now and I have absolutely loved my experience with them! This was my first time ever seeing a counselor so I didnt know what to expect, but everybody there is always friendly, helpful, and extremely professional and Id recommend them to anybody in a heartbeat! Emma has really helped me get through some very dark times and helped me take control of my life again, and Im happy to say that I have since graduated and will no longer need to see her. Im unbelievably thankful for everything Emma and Arrow
