Services
Home Inspection
Our comprehensive home inspections examine all major systems including structural components, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Using specialized tools like thermal imaging, we identify current issues affecting safety and functionality. Each inspection follows strict HIABC standards to ensure thorough, objective assessments that help clients understand property conditions before making real estate decisions.
Thermal Imaging
We utilize advanced thermal imaging technology to detect hidden problems like moisture intrusion, electrical hotspots, and insulation gaps. This non-invasive technique reveals temperature variations that indicate potential issues behind walls or in hard-to-reach areas. The findings are integrated into our detailed reports to provide comprehensive insights about building envelope efficiency and system performance.
Roof Evaluation
Our roof inspections assess surface conditions, drainage systems, flashing integrity, and penetrations like skylights and chimneys. We check for signs of wear, water damage, and structural concerns while maintaining safety protocols. The evaluation includes documentation of any deficiencies affecting the roof's ability to protect the home from weather-related damage over time.
HVAC Assessment
We evaluate heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure proper operation and safety. Our assessment covers equipment condition, efficiency, and maintenance needs while checking for carbon monoxide risks. The inspection includes visual examination of ductwork, vents, and control systems to identify issues affecting indoor air quality and climate management performance.
Electrical Systems Check
Our electrical inspection examines service panels, wiring configurations, outlets, and safety devices like GFCI circuits. We identify hazardous conditions such as overloaded circuits, improper connections, or outdated components. The evaluation covers main service capacity, grounding systems, and potential fire risks while ensuring compliance with current safety standards.

Paul did a wonderful job on my personal home inspection. He was very professional, thorough and explained everything in detail. I am a Real Estate Agent and all of my clients that have chosen Haven Inspection have had an excellent experience! Paul is also one of the very few inspectors that I know that do commercial inspections as well. Don't hesitate to call Haven Inspection for your residential or commercial property. You won't be disappointed!

What a great experience!! We are in the process of buying a new home, and as any home buyer, stress levels are reaching their peak right about now! Mr. Perez was not only extremely punctual (he was actually there before us!), and performed an absolutely thorough inspection of the property. He went out of his way to answer every question we had in a very friendly and detailed manner, (there were plenty of questions, believe me!) patiently explained the operation of the devices, gadgets, switches, and the such! We are now absolutely comfortable and confident about our investment. Thank you sir

Paul Perez stands out as a home inspector that is not only very knowledgeable but is patient. He isn't in a hurry to whisk through, but is very thorough and if need be, will answer questions along the way. As a realtor, I know many good inspectors, but Paul is a stand out.

Mr. Perez did an amazing job at preforming the inspection on our brand new home. He did such a thorough job the head construction superintendent was beyond impressed, stating that in his 35 years working with many realtors who have sent home inspectors and Mr. Perez was by far the best hes seen. Home Haven Inspection is definitely the way to go. Great price, Great service.

Best home inspector. Paul Perez not only was he there early but did a thorough and professional job inspecting my new home and promptly submitted a comprehensive report prior to the walk through, which enabled the builder to complete the required repairs and likely saved me a lot of headaches. He shows clear photos and very well explains his observations as well as suggestions on options for addressing any concerns. He spotted things I would never have noticed myself. I highly recommend Heaven Home inspections.
