I like Dr Black and (most of) her staff. She's been good to our pets for a long time. But, I just cannot take another time being treated so rudely by the (am) receptionist. I just can't imagine Dr Black knows or believes how she treats clients or speaks to them on the phone. We have to go.

Today I had to make the decision to put my 14 year old cat to sleep. The techs and vet were so kind and caring during this horrible time. My other pets are seen here as well and they're thorough and fair with pricing. I highly recommend this practice.

We have been taking our dogs to NW Animal Hospital for roughly 20 years! Dr. Bonner and her team have been with us from new puppy exams to comforting us when weve had to say goodbye and everything in between. They are wonderful people and we appreciate how they take care of our fur babies!
