This charming Victorian restaurant is located in the epicenter of Oregon Wine Country and surrounded by more than 200 wineries and the bounty of the Willamette Valley. In 2005, owners Allen Routt and Jessica Bagley saw a bright future in the quaint town of Newberg, Oregon.
Not long after opening, The Painted Lady Restaurant quickly became a fine dining destination. Now, all these years later, Allen and Jessica are thankful for the thousands of global travelers who passed through their white picket fence to experience an unforgettable food journey crafted from the fine ingredients and wines sourced from the Willamette Valley and beyond.

The menu is built around seasonal, local, quality ingredients; optional local wine pairings. Professional service; #1 in Oregon. The Willamette Valley is home to hundreds of world class wineries. We are lucky to be partners with many of the vintners and their private collections. We do not limit our wine library, though.
Reserve our Event Space

We offer a lovely, private room upstairs that seats a minimum of ten, and a maximum of 16 guests. Our private room is available for reservations Wednesday through Saturday, with our first seating at 5 p.m. and last at 8:30 p.m. We recommend planning for a 3-hour dining experience. To secure your reservation in our private room, we charge a $500 non-refundable fee that gets applied to your total at the end of your evening.

Gift cards have no expiration date and can be redeemed at the Painted Lady Restaurant. Your gift will be mailed to the recipient or if noted in the form, it can be available for pick-up at the restaurant for last-minute gifts. The Painted Lady was a semifinalist for the James Beard Award for Outstanding Service in 2018 and a semifinalist for Outstanding Service in 2017. Chef Allen Routt was a semifinalist for the James Beard Award for Best Chefs in America in 2016. In a restored Victorian house, this culinary treasure is located in a quiet neighborhood just steps from downtown.
