The business model is simple when it comes to Oasis Window Cleaning. Owner is always on site and does a lot of the work himself, along with my son that works along with me part time. That's it! Short and simple. Oasis Window Cleaning was founded by Steve Serbins in 1977. As a 17 year old working in a restaurant (Hillside Inn in Santa Rosa) their window cleaner was selling his small business.

He showed me how to clean windows and I took it over from there. With over 44 years of professional self-taught experience, you know you will be taken care when you are in need of a service. The majority of Oasis Window Cleaning's clientele consist of many decades of returning clients, along with new clients being added to that list daily.

If you have storefront windows that needs to be cleaned up, the best way to keep the windows well maintained and looking good is to get on a scheduled service. Your store will be more attractive to customers as well. This can be either weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, every two months or quarterly. An employee will show up and clean your windows on its scheduled service day.

Above each page is Booking and Estimates. A more accurate price given at time when we arrive for service, as we don't do estimate trips. Construction cleaning, Solariums, Solar panels, Greenhouses, Pressure washing, Gutter cleaning, Stain or Lacquer removal. On rare occasions we may decline certain jobs.

The Oasis Screen Renewer and Protectant Service transforms your dull, dry and dusty screens to look new again. This a great product that I really like. It's a cleaner and protectant, all in one to renew the luster of your screens. It really works well and sometimes is the only solution I've found that cleans screens well enough.
