Application Process
Report
There is a $35 nonrefundable application fee for each application payable with a credit card at the time the application is filled out. You will receive an email to setup your FREE online portal to pay your security deposit. We only hold a property and take it off of the market once we have completed leases and receive your security deposit.

We can make an appointment to view any of our available properties by calling our office during normal business hours at 304-723-RENT / 304-723-7368. We strongly suggest that all Applicants view the interior of the property that they are interested in leasing prior to submitting an application. If you decide you want to rent one of our homes you can refer to our Application Process.

Securing all utilities for home, unless otherwise provided and insuring they are uninterrupted. Minor repairs to your home, including, but not limited to, replacing light bulbs and clogged drains. Rent is due on the 1st of the month and late on the 5th. Rent must be in our office by the end of the business day on the 4th of the month in order to not incur a late payment penalty.
