We use the newest technology and software, but also have equipment and technology from 1854 that we value for its history.

She manages cost estimates and follows up with customers to review projects and answer questions. Bleeds: Color or images in your file will print all the way to the edge of the paper. Margins: The area surrounding an image that extends from the image to the edge of the page. Composition: Making changes to an existing file or creating a new file per client instructions. Pre-flight: Using a checklist to verify that all components of a file are present and correct.
File Submission Guidelines

PDF: print-ready single page. For multiple page documents, please set the page layout option as single page rather than spreads. If your document has bleed (see below) include bleed margin in PDF output dialog but do not include crop or printer's marks. If submitting something other than PDF, be sure to include all links and font files, then compress the folder.
File Upload

Please wait for the file upload process to fully complete. You will see a green box saying your files are complete once everything has been transferred completely. Do not close the window or change pages until that message appears. If you have already placed your order, or have a regular order with us, we will contact you as soon as your proof is ready.
PDF Tutorial Part 1

This 2 part tutorial will guide you through the installation of PDF Creator, an open source PDF printer. Then we will do a simple output using our new PDF Printer. If you feel comfortable installing software then proceed on to the next page PDF Tutorial - Part 2. When installing be sure to give your PDF Printer a unique name or use the default name.

This part of the tutorial will guide you through the process of creating PDF's with PDF Creator. For the purpose of this tutorial we will show you how to create a PDF using MS Word and PDF Creator on Windows XP. You can create PDF's with any windows software that supports printing using these same methods.
