I help people navigate the complexities of family law. My approach is to try and resolve matters amicably if possible because that usually results in less attorney fees and costs and happier clients. Sometimes, however, litigation is the best course of action, and so I also prepare to litigate. I find that a large part of my success lies in my experience and my perspective.

Attorney Fees

Like most family law attorneys, I charge by the hour plus any expenses. I request a retainer fee which is paid in advance and placed into a client trust account and drawn upon as work is performed. I provide regular statements of work performed and request payment on the statement, replenishing the trust account balance.
